The UBC Himalaya Program and the Curator for Asia at the Museum of Anthropology invite members of Vancouver’s Himalayan communities, participants in our short intensive Nepali and Tibetan courses, and all those with interests in the Himalayan region to a reception to celebrate the launch of the Himalaya Program at UBC. Light refreshments will be served.
The Haida House is located behind the museum in its outdoor sculpture complex. The MOA staff will be in front of the museum to give directions to the Haida House. The museum will be closed during the reception.
